·        Local area daily newspaper used to insert a notice of fictitious name (if the business will be conducted under a name other than your own) and record affidavit at the County Courthouse.

·         In addition, you must insert a Notice of Intention to Purchase under Bulk Sales Law, if the stock of goods, wares, or merchandise and/or business fixtures or equipment of existing business is being purchased.
